[AUTOMATED] Panel Wizard Drag And Drop Panel From Panel List To Side

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Look & Feel > Panels > Panel List
- Drag and drop a panel from the panel list to one of the side panels
- Click Save
Expected results
The new layout is saved.
