[AUTOMATED] Panel Wizard Drag And Drop Panel From Side To Panel List

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Look & Feel > Panels > Panel List
- Drag and drop a panel from the side to the panel list
- Click Save
Expected results
The new layout is saved.
