[AUTOMATED] Set Language Settings

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: User has to be advanced to select WYSIWYG mode
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click Content > Localization
- Select Yes from the multilingual drop-down menu
- Select French, English, Romanian under "Supported languages"
- Click Save
- Go to the page you want to add translations to
- Edit it in WYSIWYG mode
- Click on the language you want to translate to, in the "Page Translations" panel
- Add some content and save the page
- Click on different language names from the drawer menu (from the right)
Expected results
Switching from one language to another changes both the UI and the content language.
