Upgrade Extension using Updater

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Have at least one application with an older version
- Go to 'Administer Wiki'
- Click on Extensions > Updater
- Click on 'Check for updates'
- Click 'Upgrade' for one of the extensions that can be upgraded
- Click 'Continue'
Expected results
- Progress bar is displayed
- 'Installed' (green colored text) is displayed in right of the extension's title, confirming the successful upgrade
