[AUTOMATED] Space Panel Wizard Drag And Drop Panel From Side To Panel List

Steps to reproduce
- From a page go to More actions > "Administer Page"
- Click on Look & Feel > Panels > Panel list
- Drag and drop a panel from the side to the panel list
- Click Save
Expected results
The new layout is saved.
