[AUTOMATED] Grant Like right from Extension Rights

Steps to reproduce
- Create two users (e.g. U1 and U2)
- Go to Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Extension Rights
- Grant Like right only to U1
- Login with U1 and observe the Like button on wiki pages
- Login with U2 and observe the Like button on wiki pages as well
Expected results
- For U1 the Like button is active;
- For U2 the Like button is inactive.
