[AUTOMATED] Name strategies preformatted names [Since XWiki 12.0RC1]

Steps to reproduce
- Login as Admin
- Go to Administer Wiki > Editing > Name Strategies
- Under 'Current Name Strategy' select 'Preformatted names (no accents, no space, no special characters)'
- Under 'Transform name automatically' select 'Enabled'
- Under 'Validate names before saving' select 'Disabled'
- Click 'Save'
- Create a new page with some accents, spaces and special characters in its name (e.g. Té£ stΦéd)
- Click 'Create', then 'Save & View'
- Observe the saved name of the page and the title
Expected results
The path was renamed according to the configured strategy (e.g. the page was renamed to Te-st-ed in the URL), while the page's title remained as set initially.
