Create Wiki From A Template With Extensions Installed

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: If User is used as creator, make sure it has creation and programming rights
- Click on "+ Create wiki"
- Fill in the required fields and Flavor
- Select Template Tab > "This wiki will be a template"
- Click on "Next step"
- Choose the user scope, the membership type and the members
- Click on "Create"
- Install an extension on the new subwiki (i.e. File Manager Application)
- Go back to the main wiki
- Create a new wiki with this template wiki
Expected results
A wiki can be created from a template when the template wiki has extensions installed.
