Uninstall Extension History

Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Wiki"
- Click on Extensions > Extensions
- Select "Installed extensions" from the drop-down list
- Click on Uninstall, to the right of the extension you want to uninstall
- Click Continue
Expected results
- Progress bar appears
- Message confirming successful uninstallation appears
- The uninstalled extension can be seen in Extension History (Extensions > History)
