Reply To Annotation

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: Have the "Show annotations" activated from More actions > Annotate.
- Click on a highlighted annotated text
- On the annotation pop-up, click the chat bubble button - "Reply"
- Write a reply
- Click "Add Comment"
- Go back and click on the highlighted annotated text
- Click on the "View thread" link
Expected results
The user is directed to the 'Comments' tab, highlighting the respective annotation comment for which the reply was made.
