Entry operations after application was renamed

Steps to reproduce
- After creating an application, navigate to it
- Add an entry on it (if there is none)
- Perform Rename Move application test
- On the moved app's homepage, click 'Add New Entry'
- Fill an entry name and click the '+' icon or hit Enter
- Fill some data and save the entry
- Click on an existing entry's page to view it
- Click 'Edit' to edit an existing entry
Expected results
The entry pages are displayed properly when viewed/ created/ edited after the app was moved.
