[AUTOMATED] Save Fullscreen Editor

Steps to reproduce
- Edit a page in CKEditor (WYSIWYG and in-place) mode
- Click on "Maximize" icon
- Save the page by clicking "Save & View" or "Done" (if Realtime is active)
Expected results
- The editor becomes full screen
- The page is saved
- The page redirects in view mode
