Typography Font Family Base

Steps to reproduce
- Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
- Click on Typography
- Fill in the Font Family Base field e.g. times
- Click on Save
- Open a wiki page in a new tab
Expected results
The new added font is working.
