Typography Font Size Base

Steps to reproduce
- Edit the default theme (Administer Wiki > Look & Feel > Themes > Customize, from Color Theme section)
- Click on Typography
- Fill in the Font Size Base field with a number and a unit e.g 20px
- Click on Save
- Open a wiki page in a new tab
Expected results
The new added size is visible on text.
