Create Dashboard Page with Gadgets and Columns

Steps to reproduce
Preconditions: User has to be advanced to be able to select WYSIWYG and Inline form.
- Create 2 pages (Nested & Terminal)
- Edit them using the in-place or WYSIWYG editor
- Click Insert > Other Macros
- Search for Dashboard
- Click Select
- Click Submit
- Click Save & View (or Done if editing in Realtime)
- Edit the page with the Inline form
- Click on Add Gadget
- Select a gadget from the list
- Click on Submit
- Add several other gadgets
- Click on Add Column
- Drag and drop gadgets in the new column/s
- Click Save & View
Expected results
- The Add Column and Add Gadget buttons appear in the Inline form
- The newly added gadgets appear on the page
- A column is added
- The gadgets can be moved in different columns
NOTE: Starting XWiki 14.10, the Script Right was revoked by default for users, therefore the title of the gadgets are not resolved (are displayed as code), for more details see https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/ReleaseNotes/Data/XWiki/14.10/#HMiscellaneous-1.
This issue was fixed starting XWiki 17.9.0 RC1, through https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-22817.
