Create Template Provider from the Class UI [Since XWiki 11.8RC1]

Steps to reproduce
- After creating a class, navigate to it
- Click 'Create the template'
- Click 'Add a <YourClassName> object to the template'
- Click 'Create the template provider'
- Click 'View the template provider page (XWiki / <YourClassName> Template Provider)
- Click 'See all templates'
Expected results
The Template Provider is created from the created class UI and is displayed in the list of 'Available Template Providers' on Page Templates from Administration.
