Deny Edit Rights For An User

Steps to reproduce
- Create a page
- Click on More Actions > Administer Page > Users & Rights > Rights: Page
- Select the Users radio button
- Deny the Edit right for an user (U1)
- Login with U1
Expected results
The user is not allowed to edit that page.
