Steps to reproduce
- Go to "Administer Page"
- Click on Look & Feel > Panels > Panel list
- Click on the accordion headers
- Click on Look & Feel > Panels
- Click on "Page Layout"
- Click on "Go To Panels"
Expected results
Step 3 - Accordion headers work properly.
Step 6 - The 'Panels.WebHome' page is displayed.
