Access Rights for a page creator

Steps to reproduce
- As an admin create 1 user: U1 (Administer Wiki > Users & Rights > Users > Create user)
- Log in as U1
- Set advanced type in the profile (Profile > Preferences)
- Create a nested page P1
- Go to Access Rights from that page (Edit pencil > Access Rights)
- Click on Users
- Set View right for the U1 user
- Set Deny View for Admin
- Log in as Admin
- Go to page P1
Expected results
Even as the page creator, U1 can't Deny any rights to that page to the Admin.
