[AUTOMATED] Admin can change users notifications settings from their profile [Since XWiki 13.2 RC1]

Steps to reproduce
- Login as Admin
- Create an user
- Go to the user's profile page
- On 'Settings' panel, click on 'Notifications'
- Change some notifications settings (e.g. 'Details of the changes', turn ON/OFF some Applications toggles or System Filters)
- Login as the user
- Go to Notifications Settings
- Observe the modifications made by Admin
Expected results
Admin is able to access and modify other users' Notifications Settings from their profile. The modifications are saved properly.
